On November 10th 2016 Keyia Yalcin was honored to receive an award at the 13th Annual Bridging the Gap Achievement Awards. She received the award on behalf of Yalcin Development (Yalcin Group) for being a successful minority or woman owned business award!

13th Annual Bridging the Gap Achievement Awards



On November 10th 2016 we will be at the Bridging the Gap achievement Awards as we patiently wait as finalist for the Successful minority or women-owned business award. Wether we win or loose we are truly honored to be up for this award after just a year of business. We wish all the fellow finalist in our categories and all other categories the best of luck. Cheers to making a difference in Baltimore for the years to come.

Charles Street Rehabilitation!


The rehabilitation of Charles street is on a role. Look at our changes so far. As  you can tell there is still some work left to be done but none the less our project will be completed by the end of the year. Rebuilding Old Goucher. Exciting things are under way as we prepare to make a contract for the retail space. Stay tuned for more updates on the work being done at Charles.

MBE/DBE/SBE



"A woman owned, minority firm" it is now official! September has been good to The Yalcin Group.We are now officially certified by MDOT (The Maryland Department of Transportation) as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).

Our current goal now, is to apply our certifications specifically into Baltimore County, and Prince George's County.

Yalcin Management on the rise!



With Yalcin Development heavy at work with Baltimore, The Yalcin Group has began to launch a new campaign for Yalcin Management.

Yalcin Management is on the rise! We just turned over a rental property in 10 days.
Currently Yalcin Management is currently managing a multiunit in Old Goucher, Baltimore as well as a lovely home in Columbia (the one with the 10 day turn over). We are also managing a condo in D.C.

Yalcin Development is in Baltimore



Summer is in the air! While Yalcin Development is busy at work in the streets of Baltimore. Leave it to Keyia Yalcin to return to her home city this time with a plan to use her skills in order to improve a city which she loves. With a new office located on Fairview Avenue and the rehabilitation of mix-use building in Old Goucher. 2222 N Charles is due to be complete by the end of the summer featuring a mix of studio and 1 bedroom apartments. As well as a retail unit that will bring more culture into the community in the form of the arts. Make sure to keep and eye out for the Yalcin Development sign while you're driving down North Charles Street.
